Amur Oblast, Mining Industry Investment project.
Establishing at the first stage of experimental-industrial enterprise to use new advanced technologies for complex processing of mineral raw materials with extraction of aluminum, silicon and their compounds.
At the second stage the construction of a plant in the Amur Region to produce aluminum and silicon from non-bauxite raw materials with the annual production capacity of 300 thousand tones and the volume of investments worth of US$ 511 mill.
Required volume of investments: To set up the experimental-industrial enterprise US$ 8.77 mill. is needed: 1st year - US$ 3.97 mill, 2 nd year- US$ 2.8 mill, 3 rd year - US$ 2.0 mill.
Total receipt over a period of the project: Sale of a marketable product (aluminum oxide, amorphous silica, aluminum, silicon etc.) will be US$ 7 mill per annum and a sale of a non-exclusive license for US$ 5.8 thousand (the end of the 3 rd year).
Total costs over a period of the project: Failing (requested) funds- US$ 3.97 mill, invested internal funds - US$ 4.8 mill. Recoupment term – 3 years.
Presumptive interest rate on the loan (in the case of loaning) -13% per year.
The term of loan redemption (in the case of loaning): In 3.5 years from the moment of a credit opening. Payments for loans: Beginning from the second year after a credit opening.
